These general conditions of sale apply exclusively to all orders and agreements of Olabaa (Adriana Salvat) The consumer accepts the general conditions of sale present by the simple fact of generating an order.
By placing an order you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.


The customer who places an order commits to fulfil to pay for the order. Prices, product information and detailed ordering information are indicative and are subject to alteration and correction.


The products will only be delivered to the countries available in our online store. The delivery time indicated in the order confirmation will be taken into account as precisely as possible. Wrongly communicated delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may generate additional costs. Unless otherwise specified in writing, prices do not include transport and shipping costs. Shipping costs will be mentioned separately. The delivery times mentioned are not compulsory, but purely informative. The delay in delivery cannot result in the cancellation of the purchase or compensation by the seller, except in the event of deliberate delay. When one or more products ordered by the buyer are not available at the time of the order, the seller cannot ship the entire order. In this case, the seller has the right to partially deliver the order. In the case of non-delivery, the buyer will recover all payments already made, without interest or compensation.

The goods received by the buyer are covered by legal guarantees.
However, you will not be able to benefit from the guarantee in the event of:
– normal and / or natural wear
– damage caused by intentional or negligent acts
– bad use
– not being able to present the original invoice


In the framework of remote sales the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT).
All orders placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Only orders for which payment has been made and verified will be placed.

Payment by credit or debit card

Payment must be made by credit or debit card (issued by an entity with its registered office in Spain or the EU), Virtual POS payment gateway.
The amount of the order will be debited from your card, so you must indicate the number, the expiration date and the security code CW2 (on the back of your card). If your card is secure, you will be asked for the corresponding security codes.
This data will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be recorded directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. For more security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service, a system set up by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard, in which the customer authenticates himself before his issuing bank and the merchant authenticates himself with his acquiring bank.

Payment by bank transfer:

Once the order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order and with the instructions in order to make the deposit or bank transfer to the Olabaà bank account (Adriana Salvat). We are grateful that once the payment has been made, you will send us the recipe to Once we receive the receipt, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been sent to the address you have entered.


By purchasing online on our site, or by visiting, the consumer authorizes Adriaan salvat to process their personal data for purposes such as the management of customer databases, orders, deliveries and invoices, marketing and advertising. The use of personal information for individual advertising and marketing purposes will only be possible if the consumer explicitly accepts it when ordering. Adriana Salvat does not share this information with third parties.


This site is located in Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.


Below are the transport costs (VAT included).
Please note that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union (and Canàries, Ceuta and Melilla) are not included and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery of your product.
We only deliver to the European continent.

We accept returns and exchanges of products for a period of 7 days from receipt of the product. Please contact us at and we will advise you on how to proceed.

All items are carefully checked before shipment. If, however, Olabaà has made a mistake with your order, we will bear the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at

Return conditions:

  • You have a period of 7 working days from the date you received the order. You must write to within 7 days.
  • Products and packaging must be returned in perfect condition, they cannot be damaged.
  • Expenses incurred by the return, including transportation of items, taxes or customs duties will be at your expense. If you do not accept this option, Olabaà may keep the items and not refund the amount of the returned order.
  • From the moment we receive the return of the item, we have 7 working days to refund the amount of your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Items returned correctly without being damaged (including their packaging) will be refunded, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the reasons for the return are attributable to Olabaà, such as if the item is not what you requested, or if it is defective.
